Getting Out Of It: How to Cut Down or Quit Cannibis
This workbook presents a practical, step-by-step approach to cutting down or quitting cannabis. The resource may be used alone or as part of other counselling; if the workbook does not help you to change your cannabis use, we suggest to speak to an experienced professional about your individual needs.
The Peers for Prevention manual presents three training programs that were developed to provide interested community members with relevant information on substance use and community resources in responding to community needs. The manual consists of a four session program for parents, a four session program for young people and a single session on holding a safer party.
